Order procedure

1. Collect all your desired items in the shopping cart

Hint: While browsing your shopping cart, you are able to remove already inserted items. You are also able to change the desired quantity of an item (Just change to new quantity and hit refresh).

Hit the „Checkout“-Button if you have assembled all wanted items and quantities in your shopping cart and if you want to purchase these items now.

2. If you are a new customer choose hit the „Checkout“-Button. Please enter your contact details for your order (Address, eMail, etc.)

2 A. Already registered customers only have to enter their e-mail adress and account password and then hit the „Continue“-Button.

3. New and registered costumers are now logged in and may choose the payment and shipment settings as well as adding a text note to the order.

During the last step – the confirmation of your order – a summary of the order will be shown. This is the last chance to perform changes with your order (e.g.: form of shipping, form of payment, choice of items, shipping adress and billing adress).
If you have checked the content of your order summary (including the Terms and Conditions) hit the „Confirm“-Button to place your order.

4. After placing your order you will recieve a confirmation e-mail from us. This mail includes detailed information about availability and shipping costs of your chosen items as well as bank account information (when paying in advance).

• The main language of the shop is german.
• Engel. Der Mindestgesamtbestellwert beträgt 15,- €uro/ Brutto (inkl. Mehrwertsteuer). Auf Bestellungen unter diesem Bestellwert wird ein Mindestgesamtbestellwertzuschlag von 5.-€uro/Brutto (inkl. Mehrwertsteuer) berechnet.
• As a registered customer you may check details of your order any time by logging in at the shop and accessing your account.
