• All the shown prices are gross prices (including the applicable german sales tax of 19%).
We kindly accept orders from organizations, individuals or companies from abroad. The invoice will be charged in EURO currency. Provided that you give us your tax ID, the invoice will be charged without sales tax, otherwise sales tax will be charged. No sales tax will be charged outside of the European Union. This tax will be charged in the receivers country afterwards.
• Engel. Der Mindestgesamtbestellwert beträgt 15,- €uro/ Brutto (inkl. Mehrwertsteuer). Auf Bestellungen unter diesem Bestellwert wird ein Mindestgesamtbestellwertzuschlag von 5.-€uro/Brutto (inkl. Mehrwertsteuer) berechnet.
• After the definite placement of the order by the customer, shipping as well as furthergoing freight charges (e.g. bulk goods/excess length) and other charges (e.g. Cash on Delivery charge, travel expenses if necessary) will go to the expense of the buyer (see also „shipping costs“).
• Orders through the online shop can only be placed by residents of EU Member States. Orders placed through non-EU residents will only be counted as requests. A valid contract because of a non-EU-request will not be finalized.
• Basically orders and requests may also be placed in written form (via letter, Fax, e-mail) or by phone.
• If all requirements (such as availability, payment modalities, shipping adress) are fulfilled and leave no further questions, we will send your ordered items immediately based on our terms and conditions.
Note: Shipping via DHL is usually carried out immediately but not later than the following day of the payment receipt. Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays – we would be happy to deliver to you on these days aswell, but DHL won’t be able to do this t :-).

Method of payment
The cheapest way – pickup by costumer and payment in cash
Discount on self pick-up*order over 250 Euro = 10%
Discount on self pick-up*order over 1000 Euro = 20%
*excluded are: all exchange parts, e.g. engine, gearing, etc. aswell as special offers and of course all garage services.
The second-cheapest way – advance payment via Paypal or bank transfer
How to do it: You place your order and choose advance payment. You will recieve an invoice via e-mail, which includes all available items as well as all incurring shipping costs. After we recieve your payment on one of our accounts – please pay within 10 days of recieving the invoice – we will pack up your order and ship it via DHL.
Note:
Shipping via DHL is usually carried out immediately but not later than the following day of the payment receipt. Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays – we would be happy to deliver to you on these days aswell, but DHL won’t be able to do this :-).
By the way: For international shipping (within the EU) advance payment is mandatory.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
This method is momentarily not available because of the high number of refused acceptancies of COD-Deliveries.
Credit Card Payment
Credit card payment at our online shop is not available at present. Nevertheless we are working on this service for your convenience.
